Loshi, you're missing the point. Disrupting Chop has normal swing speed. We're talking about attack skills that have 'cast times', like Distracting Blow/Shot, Protector's Strike, Quickshot, etc.

It's called luck. Reversal is 1/4 cast.

You can hit with anything. Even a normal attack. The only problem is that your reaction speed limits the use of IAS and interrupts.

I think you could manage with 14 strength; 35 health for 1% more AP and 1 extra second Flail doesn't seem worth it. Afterall, since Flail is your only adrenaline skill you might as well use it the instant it recharges.

Also since the build is about dealing damage, why not Savage Shot over Distracting? Half the recharge, and I have a good feeling it will do more 1damage compared to your 0 expertise Distracting Shot.

Requiring 10 Energy for Savage shot kind of makes it aggravating. It's easy to keep 5 enegry free for Distracting, but keeping 10 free can kind of cut down on the damage.

I only run 15Str because I'm got a Str helm with a Maj rune on it... And I figure, not like I have space on the bar for any Tac/WS/BM skills.
